- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 1 2 cups flour

- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 20 green prawns peeled and de veined
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- juice of 1 fresh lime
- 1 4 cup of sweet chilli sauce
- 3 italian tomatoes diced
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 1 cup of pizza cheese

- in a jar mix the water yeast and sugar cover and stand in a warm place until the mixture is fine and fluffy
- sift the flour and salt in a bowl slowly mix in the frothy yeast mixture then knead on a lightly floured surface to form a soft but sticky dough place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl cover with plastic and leave in a warm place for 1 hour

- preheat the oven to 200c

- top of the dough with the tomato sauce to the mixture arrange shrimp on the tomato mixture and then add the diced roma tomatoes and diced bell pepper top with the pizza cheese
- bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden
