Spiced Lamb "meattza"


No pizza base? No problem! Weve got you covered with this dish. Lamb mince with hints of coriander and cumin makes a great base for a cheesy topping.

The ingredient of Spiced Lamb Meattza

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 2 eggs lightly whisked
  • 25g 1 4 cup dried packaged breadcrumbs
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 75g danish feta crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100g 3 4 cup finely grated mozzarella
  • 125g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 60g baby spinach leaves
  • fresh coriander leaves to serve

The Instruction of spiced lamb meattza

  • preheat oven to 220c use your hands to mix the mince egg breadcrumbs garlic coriander cumin and one third of the feta in a bowl until well combined season
  • heat the oil in an ovenproof heavy based non stick frying pan over medium high heat remove from heat add mince mixture use a spatula to press to cover the base smooth the surface place over medium heat spread lamb mixture with the tomato paste top with the mozzarella tomato and remaining feta
  • bake for 10 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden serve with spinach and coriander leaves
