  • 4 slices focaccia halved
  • 2 3 cup greek style thick natural yoghurt
  • 1 lebanese cucumber chopped lengthways seeds removed chopped
  • 1 tablespoon whole egg mayonnaise
  • 200g chargrilled capsicum cut into thin strip
  • 1 bunch rocket trimmed
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 4 teaspoon sea salt

The Instruction of roast lamb focaccia with tzatziki

  • preheat grill to medium high place focaccia on baking tray and toast each side for 2 3 minutes or until golden brown
  • place cucumber yoghurt mayonnaise salt cumin and garlic in a small bowl stir until well combined season with pepper
  • spread tzatziki on one side of each focaccia slice add rocket lamb and capsicum top each with remaining focaccia slice and serve
